Keeping your data secure is our top priority. As part of our ongoing commitment to industry-leading security standards, we are rolling out a mandatory password update for all users.

Why is this happening?

We follow a Zero-Knowledge security architecture. This means your passwords are encrypted and hashed; we do not have access to them, nor can we see what they are.

Because we cannot see your current password, we have no way of determining which users are using strong, unique credentials and which might be using older, simpler passwords that are vulnerable to modern cyber threats.

To ensure every single account on our platform is protected by the strongest possible encryption standards, we are requiring a proactive password reset across our entire user base.

What’s Changing?

Mandatory Reset: Upon your next login, you will be prompted to create a new password.

Stricter Requirements: New passwords must meet our updated complexity standards (minimum 8 characters, including symbols, capitals, and numbers).

Choose which specific data source to use when creating KPIs, budgets, anomaly detection, automation jobs, etc.

Setting up anomaly detection just got smarter. The time period field now automatically selects the optimal tracking window based on your chosen metric, eliminating guesswork and ensuring your anomaly detection is configured correctly from the start. While the field is disabled to prevent conflicts, you'll always know exactly how your data is being monitored.

We've expanded client management capabilities across all Jepto plans! Previously, users were limited to creating just one client on the lowest plan, but now you can create unlimited clients across all plans.This update removes plan restrictions and gives you the freedom to create and manage unlimited clients at any tier.‍

Filter your local listings activity feed to track media uploads, deletions, updates, scheduled posts, and removed schedules with our new media action filtering options.
