Why is this happening?
We follow a Zero-Knowledge security architecture. This means your passwords are encrypted and hashed; we do not have access to them, nor can we see what they are.
Because we cannot see your current password, we have no way of determining which users are using strong, unique credentials and which might be using older, simpler passwords that are vulnerable to modern cyber threats.
To ensure every single account on our platform is protected by the strongest possible encryption standards, we are requiring a proactive password reset across our entire user base.
What’s Changing?
Mandatory Reset: Upon your next login, you will be prompted to create a new password.
Stricter Requirements: New passwords must meet our updated complexity standards (minimum 8 characters, including symbols, capitals, and numbers).
